Executive Summary
Great skills, finally on paper.
Many high school students have real skills — they just don't know how to put them on paper. Across three separate groups from grades 9–12, we delivered four 90-minute sessions of targeted, interactive coaching at Advent Christian Academy. Every one of the 48 students completed every phase and walked away with a completion certificate and a downloadable resume in both PDF and Word formats.
The 4-Phase System
A simple path from strengths to submitted.

Core Discovery
Before typing anything, students look inward. They identify what they love to do and uncover the strengths they already carry.
- 02✍️Phase 2
Creation
Name, city, email, then a real profile overview. Students frame work and volunteer experience using a simple formula: challenge → action → result.
- 03🔄Phase 3
Update
Nobody nails it the first time. Students return to their draft to correct mistakes and polish the details until it reads professional.
- 04📄Phase 4
Print & Ready to Submit
Final check, then download as PDF and Word. Copies are emailed to the student and to their parents — ready to apply for jobs.
